（中央社記者戴雅真台北11日電）中國國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱今天表示，美國學者郝志堅（Dennis Hickey）的評論，讓民主進步黨主席蔡英文6月美國行完全破功。
中國國民黨立法院黨團上午召開記者會，引用美國學者郝志堅（Dennis Hickey）的文章，指民進黨總統參選人蔡英文使用租用暴力、反民主。
郝志堅8月5日在網路雜誌「外交官」（TheDiplomat）撰文指出，美國需檢視對台政策，防衛規劃者憂心民進黨追求獨立會將美國拖下水；並指美國憂心民進黨放棄民主，批評蔡英文使用「租用暴力」，資助激進分子攻擊政府部門，憂心台灣IS化。
洪秀柱下午受訪表示，國家民主政治好不容易發展到這種進程，卻因為有這些現象發生，讓外國人對台灣是不是民主法治國家都產生質疑。
她表示，美國學者甚至認為蔡英文萬一當選2016年中華民國總統，會不會在台海引起相當大問題，甚至於把美國捲入因為台獨而引起的台海之間戰爭；而文章中的民調顯示，71%美國人民反對美國出兵保衛台灣，這是非常嚴重的問題。
洪秀柱表示，這也凸顯蔡英文今年6月到美國去，回來認為收穫豐盛，認為已經通過美國這一關，認為自己所說的台海維持現狀說，能夠讓美國覺得非常滿意，「但事實上，這篇評論就讓她的美國之行完全破功了。」1040811
